Nominate a Colleague
Take a moment to recognize the people around you who live and encourage our organizational values. Your nomination makes a difference.
About You
Tell us a little about yourself so your nominations are attributed correctly. Your name will be kept confidential from nominees unless a direct acknowledgement is sent.
Bridge Builder Award
This award recognizes employees who build bridges between teams, geographies or portfolios. Up to three staff per region (including HQ) are eligible.
Leading by Example Award
Awarded to the individual who most exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity. One employee per region (including HQ) is eligible.
Compass Award
Awarded to the employee who has exhibited NI values and culture based on peer nominations. Extra weight is given to those who receive multiple nominations. One per country/region.
Collaborative Excellence Award
Recognizes individuals who demonstrate a concerted effort to work across different teams to achieve collective success. One individual per region (including HQ) is eligible.
President's Award of Excellence
The highest honor at NI — awarded for exceptional performance, significant organizational impact, and going above and beyond. Open to all employees. Nominations from leaders carry greater weight.
Rising Star Award
For employees with two or fewer years of service who have shown exceptional promise, initiative and commitment in their early tenure. One per region.
Peer Acknowledgement
Peer-to-peer recognition matters. Say thank you to a colleague outside of the formal nomination process. Your message will appear on the Wall of Gratitude and be highlighted at the ceremony.

Time & Format
The exact time is not yet scheduled, however invites will be sent formally to all staff. Colleagues from global offices will join virtually via livestream.
Award Presentations
Six award categories will be presented — Bridge Builder, Leading by Example, Compass, Collaborative Excellence, Rising Star, and President's Award of Excellence.
Peer Acknowledgements
Selected peer-to-peer acknowledgement messages will be highlighted during the ceremony, celebrating everyday acts of teamwork and kindness.
